Mischa Arrested -- Paps Told Cops?
Early this morning Mischa Barton was arrested for DUI, possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a valid license. These photos were taken on December 23rd. Let's see..Possession of illegal narcotics? Check. Behind the wheel of a car without a valid license? Check. Really ugly pants with a huge cameltoe? Check.The only thing missing is a DUI. I'm just wondering if maybe the police aren't using the pap websites for their own uses as well. If you happen to see these photos of Mischa and realize she may be smoking a little pot and then you run a check on her drivers license and see that she doesn't have one, then maybe you start taking a little extra interest in her activities. As of this morning Mischa was still in jail unable to come up with $10,000 bail which means it might be more than just pot she is being charged with.

The sad thing is that if this was anywhere else, they wouldn't get off with a hand slap.
My sixth grade teacher wore hideous pants like that. Maybe she'll pick up some fashions sense when she spends her 15 minutes in prison.
Hope she rots in jail. Can't wait for Paris, Britney, and Lindsay to get arrested again. All are cancers on our society and need to be wiped out.

Why does it say she was arrested for a DUI adn then later "the only thing missing is a DUI"? That doesn't make any sense.
I still don't know why Mischa thought she could singlehandedly make Mom Jeans popular.

Velouria, it's called a timeline. Those pics were taken before the DUI, which was the only thing missing from her life and now she is complete.

Remember when she was a fashion icon? Around the same time that Brandon Davis wasnt so fat and greasy? I think the only reason she was so welldressed at the time was because of his money.
And there are so many past pictures of her smoking pot, and driving. I knew she didnt have a license because a few years ago she gave an interview saying she wouldnt bother getting one, because there are so many friends and chaffeurs to give you a lift that there was no point. Ha. She's eating them words now!! I would be surprised if the cops WERE just biding their time till they could "pop" her.

velouria - the only thing missing from the pap photos was the dui, however, she's sitting in the driver's seat (even parked) smoking a doobie = DUI.
The fact that she's been doing the Mom-cut pants for over a year suggests to me that there's something about them that's comfortable to her, OR she's trying to girdle down a pregnancy.

Maybe they should charge her with a few fashion misdemeanors too. There is just something about this chick and her choice of clothes that is off. Maybe she is in a constant pot high and doesn't care that she looks like crap 99% of the time. And now that she has the dui on her resume can an unplanned pregnancy be far behind?
She was arrested for DUI with a .09 BAC, possession of weed in addition to possession of a controlled substance (most likely cocaine).
I'd say she's fucked but if Lindsay Lohan can get 2 DUI's in 2 months and both times had blow in her possession, Mischa's just going to pay a big fine and get alcohol and drug classes. But that's what the average DUI offender gets. If the average DUI offender had 2 different drugs in their possession as well, their bail would be higher and they'd be looking at jail time. Mischa won't. She'll plea out, pay a fine and never see the inside of a cell.
