Maksim & Karina - An Update
Life & Style Magazine has an interview with Maksim this week and he says that he and Karina Smirnoff aren't friends. I believe it. Here is what I heard happened recently.
A couple of weekends ago, Maksim and Karina were starting to talk again. You know how it is. Sometimes people who have been together for awhile think about giving it another chance. Well, Maksim was about ready to give it another try and invited Karina out one night. The night was going to be casual and was really just all the professionals from DWTS going out for dinner and some drinks. Karina told Maksim she couldn't go because she didn't feel well. She had been to the doctor earlier in the day and was just going home and resting.
So, Maksim and many of the other dancers and incidentally Aaron Carter live in an apartment complex in LA called Palazzo. Each apartment has their own assigned parking spot. That night when Karina said she was going to stay at home and rest, Maksim and some of the other dancers were pulling out of the parking lot when they saw Karina's car parked in Aaron Carter's spot.
It was shortly after he saw Karina's car in Aaron's spot that he advised Life & Style they were no longer friends. Now you know why he said they weren't.

We lived in the Palazzo while remodeling and it was
non-stop entertainment. A bunch of people waiting
to see if their pilots get picked up, people whose
marriages just fell apart and the remodeling
refugees. It kind of reminded me of Defending Your
Life – everyone was just biding time, waiting to go find
out if they could go on to their actual life. So weird.

@Susan, I agree, Aaron Carter has major GayFace. Not to mention, wasn't he a meth addict? Plus, oh yeah, he's pathetic and icky.
ok, I just read somewhere else about these people and a person commented that they no longer liked Maxim because of "comments he made about Aaron Carter". Anyone know what they are talking about?
Aaron Carter is barely out of puberty and totally gay. I don't get it. Maybe he's enlightening Katarina on the finer points of meth.

I agree with the gayface comments, but he could be a rebound to Maksim. AC is the anti-Maksim - blond vs. brown, baby/gay face vs. exotic, muscular vs. scrawny... if it's true, again - ick, nast.
Also, the DWTS BI from the other day that said the two could not stand each other, I thought for sure was AC and Karina.
Was it dlisted that called it Dancing with the Hasbeens?

I thought that Aaron commented that he would never 'sleep' with Karina, he wasn't 'that' kind of guy. Later he said the comments were taken out of context blah blah blah. Did any one else hear that or am I going crazy?
