Van Morrison Doesn't Want To Be A Dad
Last week there was some post on his official website purportedly from Van Morrison that said he had become a father for the fourth time. Van is like in his mid 60's but nobody really cared. Except Van. After the announcement showed up on his site he let the world know it wasn't true and that someone hacked his site. Unfortunately several UK newspapers picked up on the story and reported on it. Why not? It came from his site and it was news. Well, Van thinks they shouldn't have published it and is suing the Sunday Mail for printing it. Really? WTF? Why do you care whether something like that was printed? It was on your website. Plus it isn't that big of a deal anyway.
"In view of an article appearing in today's Mail On Sunday, I am reluctantly compelled to make this short statement. I have instructed my solicitors to institute immediately proceedings against the Mail On Sunday and will take all appropriate action to prevent repetition of these allegations."
Relax. Take a deep breath and since this is the second or third time your website has been hacked, perhaps you should look into that general direction instead of to a newspaper.

Why is he so pissed off about a little misunderstanding? It's not they said he molested children or anything. Relax.

According to today's Telegraph, not only is the woman known to Van, but she's a director of his companies. And she just had a baby.
Sounds like Van tried to pretend this was not happening - and I bet he didn't tell his wife.
Right. If anything, it's sort of a boost to the ego that someone who looks that much like an elderly troll might still be siring children.

Sounds like Gigi Lee is the one who hacked the website to get him to acknowledge their baby and I predict a huge payoff to her in the near future.
hmmmm..at first I thought maybe he was trying to make some kind of point...by publishing information that was not verified - just taken at face value - even though from his own web site...also knowing that he is quite media shy...

So far Van has been caught in one whopper (claiming he doesn’t know Gigi, the mom), which puts in doubt his other claim that his website was hacked (by whom, his employee, Gigi?).
She’s very wisely keeping her silence in public at the moment, but I’m guessing that if he tries to weasel out of this she’ll demand a DNA test and put an end to his bull$h!t.
On the other hand, I find it hard to believe she was unaware that he’s married.
Probably this week we will know the truth.
ok - aside from the snot-nosed expression she has in the photo she looks like an attractive woman - why is she having sex with him?
i do not understand how these women do it - this is why i will never be able to marry for money.
although she seems to have wealthy friends so she is probably doing ok herself so i am back at wondering how and why she is having sex with him instead of someone slightly less physically unappealing
oh and the child is his why else would he be screaming "i will sue" over info they got from his website (and because that is where they got the info what kind of case would he even have?)
If the Mail can prove it's true (with Gigi's help), Van's SOL. Stay tuned.

Criticize Morrison the grumpy little troll if necessary, but don't insult Morrison the songwriter. He is a musical legend.
