Please don't knock the pale. I have very fair skin too and burn easily. Rarely tan. I've come to accept that rocking the pale skin is OK.
At first I thought, "Ok, Nicole is hiking with her daughter...that's nice". This was, almost instantaneously, replace with the thought, "Oh, no she's actually using her child as extra weight while she works out." Look at her expression, that doesn't say "fun day out with mummie", it says "outta my way, I have to stay slim, hang on kid."

This actress is C list through and through. She does movies and has been in some huge ones and she has done television and been in a huge series. Not the star, but not just a one line thing either. You would recognize her but probably wouldn't know her name. Anyway, last week she called the fire department to her home. An actual home because she has family money. She told the department that someone had dropped a cigarette in the sofa and it caught on fire. When the results didn't match what she claimed, she finally admitted she and two friends had been freebasing coke and that is what torched almost her entire living room.
montana - I've often wondered the same thing, as Greta doesn't exactly come across as very feminine. But I did see a picture of Kim K with Greta and her husband (who FYI, are both Scientologists).

I'm pale, and I think it is soooooo much better than that fake orange look of the Jersey people or the leathery skin of lots people who've spent years with real tans. Plus, I'm no huge Kidman fan, but I think she looks a little healthier in these pictures. Her legs have muscle. She's not just skin and bones.

I thought when she talks about being sober, it means she is no longer drinking, because apparently she used to be a heavy drinker.
Even though I don't like tattoos, and would never get one, I was obsessed with Miami Ink (I'll still watch it if I catch it, even though I've probably seen each episode 4 or 5 times).
I was sad that Ami and Kat fell out, and that he accused Kat of sending him anti-semitic messages (does anyone know what came out of that?).
I have been watching LA Ink, and although I do find it compelling viewing (I love the artistry of it, the skill that goes into the drawings), I have to say it's more of a soap opera than a reality show.
Ami has complained that Miami Ink wasn't "real" because sometimes they had to play up to camera.
If Miami Ink was manufactured, then LA Ink is Days Of Our Lives with tattoos.
When she was dating Roy Orbinson's son, they filmed him ostensibly going behind her back to speak to her father to ask for her hand in marriage.
They even filmed their conversation at a restaurant, and her dad says "Well, I don't know you at all, but you have my blessing to marry my daughter". Fantastic. Immediately after, she dumps him.

Some folks can't (and shouldn't) tan. Making fun of their paleness is like making fun of Opra's darkness...
