Nancy Grace Says Conrad Murray And Casey Anthony Should Have A Tea Party

Just because Nancy Grace was about to dance on Dancing With The Stars does not mean she did not have a few minutes to discuss her favorite subject. Putting people behind bars. She thinks that God will get Conrad Murray and that she would have charged him with first degree murder and out him away for life. I am actually surprised she did not say the death sentence. Dancing every week must be making her soft. She also said that when Murray gets out in four years that he and Casey Anthony should have a tea party. Good luck on that four year thing Nancy. I say he will end up serving about six months, at home while counting the millions of bucks he is going to collect from this documentary he has been shooting since Michael died.

The Jackson family will probably file a civil suit against him and attach his earnings for the rest of his life. Hope the one baby mama can fine tune her instrument and get some work, he will need the support.

This is great but its a shame all the other doctors that enabled MJ's drug addiction are getting off scott free. They should all be outed by name even if nothing can be done about them.

Maybe Michael Vick can join them and serve the cookies?

Those three people would not be missed.

The Jacksons HAVE filed separate civil suits - but I think it'll come out that there's some comparative liability - MJ certainly wanted these drugs, sought a physician who would give the drugs to him and was an active, willing participant. I think civilly, the guilt is 50/50 in this case. They'll probably get a settlement though.

Apologies for the multiple posts - I don't know WHAT I did!

I am hoping becuase it is a high profile case and to send a message to other Dr. Feelgood's that house arrest will not be allowed as part of his sentence.

Serving your sentence while laying on your sundeck in Malibu. Isn't exactly pennance for your sins.

If Conrad Slurry gets house arrest he should do it on Celebrity Rehab. He could give everyone portable propofol IV's and all the client's can sing we together like rama lama lama ke ding a de dinga a dong...

SusanB, I doubt you did anything - Blogger likes to mess with us every now and then. :)

As I made clear in the previous post, I definitely think Murray was guilty, but on par with Casey Anthony?! Give me a fucking break! In my opinion, she's diluting the heinousness of what Anthony did by saying that.

Timebob, I actually think, given Michael Jackson's shared responsibility in what happened, that house arrest and losing his license is a fair sentence for Murray. I think he was more criminally stupid than anything else.

michael jackson shares no responsibility for what dr. murray did. that's dr. murray's responsibility alone. i'm so sick of hearing that argument---although i agree comparing him to anthony is ridiculous.

if dr. murray had simply said 'i cannot help you with that, mr. jackson. it's unsafe, unethical, and criminal and i can't take part in that for any price', he wouldn't be in this pickle at all.

that he chose to take this on---FOR MONEY--and became michael jackson's personal pusher, administering a drug he wasn't even qualified to give had he been in an operating room, then leave him unattended, then delay calling 911 until he'd cleaned up a little and thought up a story?

that's entirely on murray's shoulders. 'if it hadn't been him, it would've been someone else' doesn't cut it. it WAS him, and that's all there is to it.

Jacko was a JUNKIE and while this man has some liability/culpability, if it had not been he administering the Propofol, there'd have been a line of other Drs waiting to cash in.

On RHOBH last night we finally heard why Kim Richards is so whacked all the time. FFS--three very heavy meds at once? No way else to view it but that H'wood Drs care about nothing but the money.

(My fave Paul Nassif makes no bones about his highly superficial profession...but he at least gave Kim some true GOOD medical advice).

*sorry, rant over*

@SusanB - I'v noticed that if it's taking too long to post & I hit submit more than once it'll end up double posting. Sometimes Blogger just gets hung up I think?

Soooo....Nancy is still doing her show even though she's on DWTS??

And I totally agree that the comparison of him and Casey Anthony is a bit absurd.

@selenakyle: Yah I liked how Paul last night really talked to Kim about the drugs she's being prescribed and told her that he thinks she's over medicated. I'm telling you that the medical world is really crazy right now. The doctors aren't doing what they should be doing and just giving the patients what they want or ask for. You have a little pain? Here take a heavy narcotic instead of aspirin. You are going through a rough time? Here are some drugs that will make you feel better. We don't have to talk about it or try and figure out how you can work through it.

I'm not saying that all drugs are bad. But the docs need to do a bit of homework on the patient.

I kind of wrote Nancy Grace off after the Duke lacrosse team scandal, when it turned out the guys accused were innocent and victimized by a D.A. bent on prosecuting a career-making case despite insurmountable evidence that the allegations were false; with her "hanging judge" mentality she backed him all the way until the truth came out, then took the night off and had some flunky come on the show and mop up the mess. Big of ya, Nance.

OMG sussique!!! You've you been to Celebrity Rehab, haven't you?!? I'm just figuring you must have because you keep dropping these subtle little hints, but I've got your number! ;) It's so posh, isn't it? Tell me, is Dr. Drew as hot in real life as he is on TV? Cause I sure would go on Celebrity Rehab MULTIPLE times if I could hang out with him MULTIPLE times, if you know what I mean... ;) Seriously, he has some fine abs (I like a man who isn't afraid to show off his chest a little), and I would do A LOT of drugs to get to be able to meet him! What is it like there? What all "celebrities" have you met? Give us all the deets!!!

He's a lot like Casey Anthony. Parasitic lifestyle - check.
Grandiose sense of self-worth - check.
Pathological lying - double check.
Lack of empathy - again, double check.
Need I go on? Because I can.
Promiscuous sexual behavior - check.
Irresponsibility - check.
I'll just stop now.

See, this is why Nancy Grace is a two-faced BS'er. Casey Anthony was acquitted, but will forever be branded a criminal in NG's eyes. MJ was acquitted, too, of child molestation, but apparently, he's a saint.
