No way it's Rebecca Black. She's only 14 or 15. Even if she released a sex tape it wouldn't see the light of day and even though I'm sure you'd be able to find it it wouldn't serve as a stimulus for her career. As I don't think she is "constantly hatching plans to stay in the limelight". If anything i think she's trying to stay out of it after the backlash from "Friday". She did have to quit her school and start being home schooled because she was harassed constantly about that video.
