OJ Simpson Threatens To Kill His Daughter
OJ Simpson is really upset at his daughter and you know that when OJ gets upset, people start getting hurt, or dying. The reason he is upset is because while he is in jail, his daughter has been getting OJ's monthly pension checks of $25K and instead of spending it on things like bills and house payments she has been blowing all of it on having fun. Now his house is being foreclosed and apparently OJ is not happy about that. A source tells The Enquirer that OJ threatened to kill her while he was on the phone with her. His actual words were "I'll kill you too." So, he confessed? Damn. I was really hoping that when he got out of jail this time that he would get a reality show and track down the real killer. He and Robert Blake would work as a team to find those mysterious killers.

How old is his daughter? Why wouldn't he have some sort of manager administer his estate?

I'm not sure about the source on this but it wouldn't surprise me. It would surprise if it wasn't true.
I feel deep sympathy for those children, who have grown up under such terrible circumstances.
God knows what their state of mind is. I hope they manage to be happy and live a good life.

First of all, if my kids was spending all my money and let my house get forclosed upon I might be tempted to say the same thing. (I doubt the "too" was actually said) Not that I don't think he is capable of it. I don't care how old she is, she's in trouble and is going to try and deflect as much as she can. She knew we would all jump on the implication of a confession. Don't get me wrong, I think it's hilarious he is losing his home. Hope his cars are next, than everything else he has. Chaps my ass to see him on a golf course looking smug. He has whatever hell is coming his way....but I doubt he said it. Let's face it, he spending all his money is getting alot less attention than his supposedly saying he would kill her too. Deflect, deflect....it's all about deflection

Sydney Simpson is 26, thus does not have the excuse of youth for partying it up.
She does, however, have the excellent excuse of witnessing parental abuse, having a father who murdered her mother, and then raised her in a chaotic environment with drugs present. (If OJ's longtime Nicole-lookalike girlfriends account is to be believed)
He's lucky if this is all she does.

We need the sentence before the "I'll kill you TOO". It was probably I'm taking you out of my will, and I"ll kill you too if you don't stop blah blah blah. I'm sure by now he's convinced himself that he didn't kill Ron and Nicole so he wouldn't say something like that.

Since when he dies the kids inherit the estate you'd think she'd keep up the payments...there should be plenty left over...

@ardleighstreet - I think you mean Ron Goldman's family. And it came out during the civil trial that his NFL pension was exempt from the $$ he owes the Goldman and Brown families.
I hope she's spending it on abused women's shelters.
In Simpson's case it's probably a case of: "You reap what you sow". Most parents raise their children with the tools to be responsible, productive and self-sufficient, but it sounds like his kids were NOT. His kids don't even seem concerned about him. I wonder why.

I think the reason he moved to Florida was the law was different from CA and he could get out of paying Ron's parents anything.
I've wondered what happened with Nicole's two children. I know Justin (Marcus Allen, Jr.?) was playing football a few years ago, but I haven't seen or heard anything about Sydney.
What's O.J.'s sentence time anyway? I thought given his age, he would never see another golf course.
That is a damn shame they ruled his pension was exempt from compensation claims. What sort of twisted logic is that.

I think the law in Fla allows you to keep your home and pension, even if it could be attached in a lawsuit settlement if you lived elsewhere (the Goldman family won the lawsuit against OJ.) The Enquirier says the daughter is an active alcoholic and compulsive spender. Actually, I've always thought his son by his first marriage did the murders. He's a chef so I figured he had the knife skills (sorry, but there it is) and the strength from lifting sides of beef and heavy equipment. But I only just read the son (Justin?) has a couple of arrests for violence in his past.
It's called karma OJ. Deal with it.
Because even if he didn't kill Nicole, he wrote a book about how it would have gone down if he did. He should burn in hell for that alone.

I'm familiar with Florida law. You can keep your primary residence (it has to have a homestead exemption) and you can keep any retirement money (pensions, IRAs, 401Ks, etc.) until you die. Goldman has a lien against the house - I'm not sure what happens if/when it goes into foreclosure but if I had to guess, the bank has 1st dibs on the money made on the sale. We looked his home on the index to public records in Dade, seems he bought the house for around 500 K after the trial, so assuming there's no 2nd mortgage, he probably owes around 250-300K, maybe less. I understand homes in his neighborhood are going for over 1 million now, even with the bad housing market in south Florida. As for the retirement money, I assume when he dies it becomes part of his estate and Goldman should be able to get part/all of it. I hope so, anyway. OJ's kids are all grown so they should be able to fend for themselves.
I was kind of curious so I went back to the website for Dade County - he originally got a mortgage for 460K, increased it later to 592 K and a couple of years ago got more money out and has a total mortgage of 674K. I also saw Fred Goldman's lien against the property for over 38 million. I guess OJ figures since his heirs won't get anything out of the house, he might as well mortgage it for as much as he can and screw Goldman out of anything.

weezy, someone was on O'Reilly who just wrote a book claiming OJ is innocent and he has proof. He says Justin did it. I don't think O'Reilly was buying it and kept asking the author why the California AG isn't looking into his theory.
