All the teen girls I know wear high waisted shorts with their asses hanging out. On top of that, they wear booties, which cut off the length of their leg. It is truly a horrible look.

@parissucks, those hideous high-waisted shorts were the hipster-girl uniform last summer, plus they wore them with tights and ugly sneaker or cheap ankle boots. I believe it's a requirement they either have cankles or dress to appear as if they do.
I kind of dig Topher with a full beard.

Regarding Ali Lohan,
Maybe it's the high-waisted pants, or perhaps the ugly chunky platform shoes, or even the obvious eating disorder which has sadly left not an ounce of meat on her frail bones and starving, scary pale skin... But the combination of her long torso with those long legs, for me, makes her look like she's been stretched out. I'd like to say that it's just a fluke photograph making her look disproportionate, but the girl next to her looks far more normal. Perhaps she's into limb lengthening? Sounds crazy, but in perspective, this family is into far more shocking things than that.

Ali got into the modeling industry on the strength of her name, and now she is competing with the girls who have much smaller frames than she does, so she has to eat even less than they do. It's criminal.
