The Bill Engvall show was a hit network television show? I hadn't heard of it until now. She was 15 when she filmed The Poker House. I'd say she is and has been a mostly movie actress.
My first thought was Jennifer Lawrence, but as ethorne pointed out, Bill Engvall wasn't that much of a hit and it sounds like it's someone who has a movie currently in theaters.

I'd say Mila is A list, maybe not in talent but in pure name recognition and work. She was a regular on two hit tv shows, That 70s Show and Family Guy. She's been in popular movies like Black Swan, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, and more recently, Ted and Oz the Great and Powerful. High profile celeb relationship. Kinda sassy, I can see her saying this.

Network to me equals the basic big 3 networks: ABC, CBS, NBC and I guess Fox too. TBS, TNT, USA, etc. are the cable networks, HBO, Showtime the premium networks. So I read this as being a show that was on ABC, NBC, CBS, or Fox.
I don't know how big a hit Bill Engvall was but I doubt it's Jennifer Lawrence, she didn't get her start on Bill Engvall, she got it on indie films which she'd been doing before Bill Engvall's show.
Mila Kunis. She's been bitching on her "lack of privacy" and all the attention she's been getting for a while now. Plus, there was an puff piece on the The Sunday Times (UK) that had her interviewer pretty shocked at how rude Mila was to her.

@Bondgirl - interesting article! Mila came across as cranky and a bit bitchy, but the author has no room to talk. She seemed instantly defensive and some of her flip comments reflected that. Not very professional.
