I don't think Jay Z is all that "married". This might be someone that needs to keep his outside boinking private from the missus.
Jay-Z and Nas, possibly. Jay supposedly slept with the mother of Nas' daughter years ago, long before Beyonce. He referenced it in one of his songs. (You know I did what/with you know who/that's who/let's keep that between me and you)
I used to get annoyed with the fact that JayZ is the ONLY answer given in a "rapper blind item" but then I just realized that JayZ is probably the only rapper most readers on here know which in turn is pretty impressive for JayZ... just a random thought trail.

Thing is, Jay is one of the few A+ rappers, and one of a handful who's married. Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre are up there, and perhaps Ice Cube, but the pickings are slim in this case.
Nas and Jay are friends so that one's out.
I would guess either 50 Cent and Jay or Wayne and Jay.
