This B+ list mostly television actress is on a middling hit network show. She needs the work or she would probably be gone. The good news for her is she moved from one hit to the next, The bad news is that her ex is also her co-star and boss on the new show and he makes her life miserable every day.

she is beautiful for a late 30-something who has popped out a kid.
but she is getting old. she isnt as hot as her 24yo equivalent for sure.
No doubt she is a beautiful woman, but she's a serial irritant with who has played her cards abysmally. No idea how she continues to get work- a pity as she actually has talent.
It's interesting that Jason Sudeikis was added to the show last year. Wasn't he rumored to be the baby daddy father of her son?
