For the first time in years, if not a decade, this former A list mostly movie actress who dropped off the face of the list before making a recovery on a hit cable tv show is hitting he high end yachting circuit in Asia. Her actor boyfriend is clueless. The actress, now probably a B+ list mostly television actress is loving the renewed attention she thought she lost forever.

No way. Kristen has done a lot of quality work in the past ten years,no blockbusters, but much acclaim. I don't have a guess yet though.

Winona Ryder?
Stranger Things wouldn't be described as 'Cable TV' but as 'almost TV' or something of the sort. Also, Winona's partner is a fashion designer, not an actor. I don't think it's her.
I don't have a good answer for this either. Was thinking maybe Evan Rachel Wood (new hit show 'Westworld'), as she had a brief stint as a well regarded film actress (The Wrestler period), and her new BF is an actor (also a musician). But she's never really been A list, and she's been a TV actress most of her career.
Camilla Belle is in Asia right now, constantly posting on Instagram about it. Don't know if the other clues fit though.

She was never big in film,most people know her from TV. I think maybe the actress isn't the lead in the show, but is famous again because of it. If she was the lead, I don't think she would go straight for the yacht money.
