The cynic in me....I think he'll get away w/ it. For some reason criminals nowadays seem to get away w/ everything and anything.
If you are a law-abiding, tax paying citizen, be prepared to have your life fucked over, but if you are a felon, a thug, a criminal, a rapist, a pedophile, a thief - well, then, please enjoy your life w/ the all the riches and comfort money can buy.
