Engagement rings can be resold at only 30% of their initial worth, if you sell to a reputable jeweler. Not a great investment. Doubt Naya would be sustained by the sale of hers.
Teri Snatcher? I'd say she's A- TV, and she had one decent hit show (Lois & Clark) and one definitely hit show (Desperate Housewives). She was so damn hot back in the day. Hmmm, side biz as an escort but called something else - yachting, presumably?

Generally diamonds are pretty worthless, most of their value is markup. Wikipedia used to have excellent entries detailing the history of diamond marketing, when all of a sudden poof they all disappeared. ;)

Not melissa george im sure. She was big in her aussie soap and has done lots of shows in the US and UK. Surely that counts for more than one hit show.

This is why in 2011 I downloaded a (text only) full archive of Wikipedia. Came in at about 9 gigs uncompressed I think.
It's great to compare what has been changed/removed.
Look up wikitaxi for viewing these files offline and see if they still offer old archives.
Even then, would be interesting to see if those supposed old archives haven't been scrubbed too.
