Blind Item #6

This back in the day A+ list mostly movie actress really doesn't act much any longer despite her A+ list name recognition. She recently took on a role and it wouldn't shock me if she bailed on it. Her last role was a disaster because of a combination of stage fright she has now and her daily pill regimen and even some OCD issues.

Probably not the right answer, but this made me think if Faye Dunaway. Such a beautiful woman in her day. Didn’t age well in terms of talent or looks.

Meg Ryan has signed up for a TV show. OCD feels right.

Zellweiger has anxiety issues

Mommie Dearest is endlessly watchable. For the wrong reasons. My god she chomped that scenery wholesale.

Also Demi was revealed as the answer to the BI about the OCD former A+lister who has all these rituals she does and makes people do when they enter House I think??

@Unknown It’s a shame that “Mommy Dearest” is what Dunaway is famous for! She’s so lovely and chic in “Bonnie and Clyde”, “Network”, and “Chinatown”.

Just saw on IMDB that she had four movies come out in 2017. Who knew?

Kristen Wiig? Wonder Woman 1984

Stage fright only makes sense if they are acting on stage. How can you get stage fright on a movie set? From the crew? From strangers looking at you during an outside filming?

Brayson87 said...

A performance is a performance no matter the audience. It's not like stage fright is a rational thought process anyway.

Totally misread that. Never mind!

As an actor myself, MontanaMarriott, you are SOOOOO FAR OFF the mark in your comment

Kristen Wiig was making a movie with jack nicholson

has it been cancelled as a result of #MeToo

I thought Kristen Wiig at first too, but she's mostly TV. Going with Meg Ryan or Renee Zellweger

Kristin Wiig is neither a back in the day movie actress nor A+.

Why do I dislike Wiig as an actress? It's not fair to her. What can I do to remedy this?

random guess, Michelle Pfeiffer

This is 100% Uma Thurman. Awful reviews from her Broadway play, Parisian Woman, and just signed on to star in Netflix series, Chambers. 100%.

Thank you! Where's this Kristen Wiig thing coming from anyways? Nothing in this Blind item points to Wiig. Back in the day? She really hasn't been in front of the camera for long enough to be considered "back in the day". But she does have a successful, and steady career. The blind item states that the actress in question hasn't made a film in a long time, Wiig is constantly working. I'm always seeing new stuff coming out with her in it. I actually really like Kristen Wiig (I think she's hillarious), so I pay attention when she has new work being released. And she may not be an A+-lister in the grand picture of Hollywood, but she's certainly top of her game in the comedy genre right now! Plus Ive seen a handful of interviews of actors/directors talking about their work experiences with Wiig, and all are very positive. Also, in regards to another persons comment, Wiig does far more film than television. The Demi Moore thing makes far more sense to me. It's hard to say though. This website can be so vague, and there's literally thousands of screwy actresses in the industry haha! Sure ya, thank you for pointing that out, I thought that was weird to.

Catherine Zeta Jones

DUnaway was at her peak in the Thomas Crowne Affair

I think she gets a bum rap for her portrayal in Mommy Dearest. If you watch any Joan Crawford movies, she does act that way, way over the top

Dunaway was so convincing in Mommy Dearest, that casual movie fans think that's how Faye Dunaway is as a person in real life. So now when they see her in other things, they have bad or unsettled feelings towards her, regardless of how she really is as a person, that she just may be that bitch she portrayed.
