This former A+ list movie director is trying to distract from his main goal which is to get his newly named production company involved in all the projects he was working on and wants to be working on in the future. He assumes that if everyone is focused on the leaks his PR team is sending out to try and test the waters for his directorial return, that no one will notice all the other stuff where he is still making a ton of money and for now, is happy hiding in the shadows. Oh, and his new production company still gets to make casting decisions for the roles cast outside the country, so there you have it.
