One way this bank CEO doesn't have to testify under oath about what he knew about the billionaire pedophile or what he did, is have the bank cough up a third of a billion dollars. You don't do that unless there is some serious stuff you are covering up. Thank goodness for this group of islands that is not a state and what they are doing.
