Maybe Demi didn't know "paid professional" was going to grab bodyguard's business. She's highly reactive to slights so didn't defend herself properly. I don't know, just a guess.

I think Demi is a massive attention seeker. She makes herself a victim all the time to justify her bad deeds. Many celebrities do this of course but she seems to do it constantly.
