Playboy's value is more as a brand than a publication. Magazines are a tough racket nowadays. Maybe if PB could be edgy again people would buy, but I doubt only three pictorials and one celebrity interview a month will cut the mustard.
I think the current one is Teresea G. and her daughter (desperate for money-husband getting deported) and previous house wife is Kim and her daughter who she said she would pimp out for concert tickets (as a joke, but still)
I doubt it's Rinna, Delilah is 20 and Amelia just turned 17, I feel like this would mention something about having an older daughter who is already legal.
I read this as Teresa Giudice, Gia will be 18 in January, but there isn't anyone else who I could think of that has already done it who was formerly on RHONJ.
If it didn't say the "same franchise" I would say this is Teresa with Zolciak being the former, but I still think that is the best guess.
