shakira's full name is shakira mebarak ripoll. I guess that repeating her name is a pun (or however that is called in English) on the song where a dude said that introducing her (I think it's "hips don't lie", but I'm not a fan, so it could be "ciega sordomuda" who is the same person although she doesn't look like).
Malin must not have gotten the happy ending massage.

It's a reference to hips don't lie. Wyclef Jean calls her by that.
