Several hours prior to the show, a death threat was called in about this A-/B+ list mostly movie actress who is a Golden Globe/Academy Award winner/nominee for the same movie several years ago but nothing else. The threat was taken seriously enough that she had a minder about 15 feet away for most of the night. She has the craziest stalkers.

Was the actress' PR people the ones on the other end of telephone making the call? In this day and age, you'd think that call telephone calls are traceable.
Or, did they just have the GG people announce that a threat was made?

She received Golden Globe and Oscar nominations for Up in the Air and didn't win either. And it's the only nominations she's received. And yes to mostly movie.
It was in some blinds quite a while ago and mentioned over and over in a number of other Kendrick blinds. She had two stalkers online, one in Mexico who seems to be medicating now and is quiet, the other in the States with this crazy ass fantasy about being her "secret security detail". I saw Anna in The Accountant and that chicky does absolutely nothing for me. Nada. I can't be too quick in discount death threats, stalking, and the sorts. There are tooo many whack jobs out there.

Anna Kendrick annoys a lot of people, and it feels like she's getting worse and worse as time goes by. Her annoying "I'm so quirky and funny" schtick that she puts on has been unbearable lately. I find she's very obnoxious and thirsty for attention these days.
