Don't believe the hype. There will be another sequel. As I said, the "star" of the series wants to be paid more than any actress ever. As long as she reaches that number, it will happen. They are closer than you think.

I used to love the show, hated the films, couldn't even finish watching the second one. Lame jokes, aimed at the lowest common denominator of womanhood. Tragic really.

Exactly! Let movie open with samanthas funeral- say her cancer came back and she didnt tell anyone. Then carrie finds out big is cheating, charlotte thinks harry is up to something while sreve and miranda are blissfully happy. I think it plays!!!!
Apparently SJP said today that the movie won't happen. I guess they weren't that close on the numbers.

SJP said fans were asking for a third film.. What fans said that? The first movie was okay, the second was terrible.. both took away from the show and a great series finale.
She may not be the star but Cynthia Nixon is far and away the best actress on the show. She and Kim Cattrall should be paid the most. No one quotes Carrie!
