Apparently The Church is finding it more difficult to bring in children the way they have in the past. That elusive head of the Church has donated tens of millions of dollars to research against diseases, many of which adversely affect third world countries. It was during this process of trying to eradicate a disease that one of the scientists created a pathogen which can kill swiftly and effectively. When the head of The Church heard about it, he agreed to test it on a village in a country that was friendly to bribes. It worked really well. It killed an astonishing number of people which were mainly adults. The children of the adults were 30-40 miles distant at a boarding school. Now, with no parents, they needed to be adopted. The Church, along with more bribes to the government had a great way to get large numbers of children quickly.
With that success, they decided to try it again, but this time, the villagers didn't stay in place as they had before and some traveled to a neighboring village. The next thing you know, it has now started spreading to different countries and killing people faster than they can create cover stories. Look for them to spread the rumor it is an Ebola outbreak to give themselves a chance to destroy the evidence of what they did.
It wouldn't shock me if they come forward with a cure and make hundreds of millions of dollars. That might bring too much publicity for them though. Even they would have tough time watching thousands of people die though wouldn't they?

At a dinner, the subject came up. People who I admire greatly (I'm trying to avoid titles) were talking about such. Gates' name came up when Monsanto did, and vaccines. It's complicated.

An al-Qaeda cell killed by the Black Death may have been developing biological weapons when it was infected, it has been reported.
The group of 40 terrorists were reported to have been killed by the plague at a training camp in Algeria earlier this month.

Sorry to be an old time conspiracy theorist but depopulation is on the elites agenda, and a church is perfect cover for such an operation. A weaponized virus could have disappeared from a soviet lab back when the nation broke up. They could have further weaponized an already lethial strain from a previous historic epidemic.
I think it's much more likely they would use influenza than an exotic virus. It's the perfect cover....we're do for a bad year.

McGovern explained the Red Cross ships six to ten million units of blood per year to hospitals. In the Utah region, the Church’s effort of sponsoring blood drives accounts for 25 percent of all the blood donated.
“I would like the public to know,” said McGovern, that “the Red Cross is more prepared than ever when disaster strikes because of the relationship we have with the LDS Church.”

I fully agree that depopulation is probably discussed extensively by the economic and political elites and they've probably come up with some horrifying plans. Traditionally, the two means of eliminating people have been war and disease. Another avenue being suggested these days is female education and empowerment through microloans because educated and economically viable women have less children.
What stands in the way of creating a new plague is that would end the fortunes of the economic elite. First, there is no controlling a new plague. Being human, the elite and their families could not be protected. Second, they depend on us, the filthy masses, to buy their crap to maintain their vast fortunes. Oh the elite are trying real hard to protect their money and property from any involvement by us, but that is proving impossible.
There are limits to Milton Friedman's disaster capitalism. If no one can buy the results of all the stolen land, property, resources that are open for grabs after a disaster, it doesn't translate into wealth.
To conclude - there are elites (who generally contribute the campaigns of people like Paul Ryan) who think a violent reduction in the earth's population is a fantastic idea, the quicker the better, we have to be strong and a species and take the hit. There are elites like the Mercers who back Steve Bannon and Ted Cruz (before Donny), who think a massive "tribal war" needs to begin as soon as possible so white folks can show their superiority again. There are other elites, who think no better of you and I, but do like the money we put in their pockets.
There really is no consensus even among these elites. Soros backs knowledge and education as a population inhibitor. Buffet things that the markets will save us from limited resources and overpopulation.
The idea that they would all get together, agree to sponsor a new plague and use some church (and all its members to hide the big secret) just doesn't fit the character of human beings, in that none of us, even the elites, will agree on anything that massive and complicated and with such unsure results as a manufactured plague.

Biological and chemical weapons can't be developed in the garage. They also require very particular storage. It takes big facilities to do both.

Not without a big assed lab you don't. Not without communication with other labs all over the world, you don't. They certainly are not.

In 1987, Ford instructed scientists working with a defense-force front company on how to turn teabags, doilies and porno magazines into "weapons" that could be used against African National Congress members, according to scientists quoted recently in the Sunday Independent, a South African newspaper. Microbiologist Mike Odendaal told the Independent that "Ford spent an entire day showing us how to contaminate ordinary items and turn them into biological weapons."

A cardiologist by training, Basson has been on trial since 1997 on a litany of charges arising from gruesome apartheid-era operations. Could it be, some have asked, that Basson called upon former associates to stash some of these items overseas?
Intriguingly, Ian Shein, a Los Angeles gun shop manager who says he has known Ford for 20 years, was quoted by police as saying that Ford "asked lots of people to store his biological/chemical components."
The key to some of the South African questions may lie in a particularly colorful Ford associate, a 71-year-old general SURGEON and businessman named JERRY D. NILSSON
Nilsson, who has been involved in controversial GOLD MINING, HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT and other ventures, shared an office with Ford in the late 1980s. I'm not comfortable with that huge leap of logic either. Larry Ford sounds like a nut with delusions of CIA connections, to me. Whatever he was dreaming up with a genocidal South African obviously didn't work, since it seems South Africa is still well populated by black Africans (by a very wide majority.) Like many, Ford wanted to be more important that he actually was, with all his hidden pathogens. I really can't believe I have to explain this. Biological weapons are stored in country, yes? They are held in very controlled circumstances, with stable humidity and temperature and light exposure...or they degrade quickly, right? Okay, that means that not only would there be evidence inside Libya (or Iraq or anywhere else) of just those kinds of working facilities OR the weapons simply don't exist.
Money, on the other hand, can exist anywhere - inside or outside the country of LIbya (or anywhere else.) That's the magic of money. Gaddafi's money could be in Taiwan. Kudos to you on your incredibly detailed work @Schneiderisnext. I've done some riffling through IMDB and Wikipedia for some of the (clearly less major) blinds but nothing like this. This is real commitment and I applaud you for it. I'm meant to be working so have glossed over some of the longer comments but I don't think what you're finding is a stretch at all. If there's anything CDAN has taught me in the several months I've been reading it, it's that blinds that make you think "no way" easily end up being "way". Not to pull the discussion down to the pulp level, but Dan Brown's INFERNO deals with this topic - a virus developed to halt fertility in a massive tranche of humanity to bring back survival of the fittest. Our planet is on its knees with what we're doing to it environmentally, and continued increases in population aren't going to help. Having experienced it personally, I often wonder why infertility (and specifically secondary infertility) are on the rise in many Western countries for often unexplained reasons (I don't buy "we eat too much sugar" as a reason) and yet this settles in online articles as a #firstworldproblem.
