Blind Items Revealed #4

January 13, 2018

After having zero celebrities wear her line at the Golden Globes, this designer was hoping a divorce news release would change things for the Oscars. You know, it might if she was actually getting divorced. Right now it is still just a news release and an agreement but no actual divorce. Things are dire for the designer and that NYFW show is in jeopardy.

Georgina Chapman/Harvey Weinstein

If she just settled a multi million dollar divorce settlement, it's not that dire. She married a hideous looking sex-pest. I wonder the motive? 🤑
not sure what she expected it to turn out like? Bye Felicia 👋

@Rosie she can also join the Real Housewives cast afterwards to ensure a steady income...

I think she should be forced to compete on a season of Project Runway

I think most people are incredulous at the notion that she was in the dark about her husband. She knew and she chose to not say anything. Women that choose this kind of man are generally under no illusions. They know this comes with the territory. They expect that their husbands stray and they do everything in their power to ignore it and look the other way. I suspect that she wasn't even surprised to find that her husband didn't just stray but was also an abuser.

Interestingly I also wouldn't be surprised to find that Georgina actually loved him after a fashion, nor would I be surprised to hear that she didn't. Women can be complicated about dealing with guys like this.

I'm sure she wants her company to come back, but that label is toast. The associations are just too poisoned. And whether she wants to believe it or not, her personal reputation is poisoned along with it.

It's time for her to get all the money she can from her business and from Harvey. Then she needs to adjust her lifestyle to live sustainably on whatever she can get her hands on. Here's guessing she has a comfortable life ahead of her.

She can do both shows. I want her on PR to prove she is a well funded stylist, not a designer and would be the first to be cut. Then she can join Marla Maples on RHNY and they can throw daily T parties

@Rosie-she most likely won't get anything after lawsuits and legal bills Harv has to deal, much like Ruth Madof.

@Don Kieballs from your lips to Bravo and Lifetime's ears. That would be AWESOME.

When I first saw a photo of her I wondered what this beautiful woman saw in the very rich Harvey Weinstein. :)

But she had to eff him to get the two children. Just gross.

I totally agree with you about her label being toast and associations poisoned. Like, I'm not familiar with who's who in Hollywood and even I know she only gets business because her husband makes 'his' actresses wear her dresses.

I feel zero sympathy for her. there is no way she had genuine matrimonial feelings for him. looks account for little but it is obvious he is not hiding a hidden undeniable charm . he is a pig so what was her endgame? wealth and prestige. what an utter humiliation for her, private now public..pack up the patterns and call it a career, no climbing back from this and what I do sympathize with is I thought some of her dresses were super nice and pretty (I was of minority?) but now she will never know if she could have made a go of it without him. did I read actresses were forced to wear her? she knew that too. how can you take pride in forced representation? you can't.
greed grabs another one
