The only part-timer I can think of is Hunter Tylo, but I'm not sure who hits on her anymore since her face is completely jacked. Bad behaviour sounds like Michael Muhney, but I can't see him even being at the Emmys...hmmm...

The actor fired off Young and the Restless, for sexually harassing, a young actress.

No idea who he's harassing, though.
Michael Muhney for the actor, and just to throw out a new guess, Courtney Hope? She plays the younger Sally Spectra on B&B. Her contract had ended after 1 year per an arrangement, and it just got renewed. Don't know if that's part time though.
