Gotta be Lauryn Hill. Has a rep for showing up hours late & has a new tour later this year.
Gaga isn’t going back on tour yet and doesn’t have a history of making fans wait for her for too long

I waited 2 hours for her in the good ole Midwest August 2017. Thought her Vegas residency was going to start later this year.
Her fans know who she is and that tardiness is part of the show

She's become the Domino's of performers.
Her fans may expect it and some might not care, but it still costs the venue money in extra staff, security, for late running shows.
So I can understand why they'd do it.
They should move the bar to the stage, problem solved.

This is probably Lauryn Hill. I wish she would write a no-holds-barred autobiography. I know only a small amount of what she's gone through, and that alone would be worthy of a book. The things I don't know probably make that stuff look like child's play.
Her lone solo album, "Miseducation," and the final Fugees album are masterpieces. She's never come close to bouncing back to that level, but that's the only way it could be when she hasn't released any new material in 20 years.

Lauryn Hill was an hour late to her Hollywood Bowl Show last year
+1000 sharper teeth after that album, R and B went downhill for me.
