@Trapped, @SD Auntie: Strangely enough, his mother’s death was a result of plastic surgery. She wanted 3 surgeries (I believe a tummy tuck, lipo, and a boob job.) Several doctors turned her down because of the state of her health. They finally found a doctor who would perform the surgeries. He recommended that she stay in the hospital for a few days, but Kanye insisted on releasing her. He hired a private nurse, who IIRC was his nephew who was young & not very experienced. He left Kanye’s mother alone to go out to a party, and she died. Kanye has since blamed himself for her death and I can’t say that I disagree.
