I agree that those who are high risk are likely to be symptomatic but I don’t believe in saying someone is almost guaranteed of dying. Coronavirus can be deadly but don’t use a blind to shame someone without knowing the real facts.

Where does Evangeline Lily live? I was surprised there was a gymnastics camp open anywhere. In theory,I agree freedom is more important,but she isn't even using common sense. Without common sense precautions, we can't even have the discussion. The fear will probably kill more than the disease, the panic buying has already hurt the quality of life for the most vulnerable. If you were caught up in the frenzy,please consider donating your excess. Some people are doing without because of your selfishness or because of your own fears.

@norster, elderly and disabled are told to make at home delivery,but the added expense,the difficulties in using online ordering,and the fact that people can't have groceries brought in,they are left at the door. The fear they have is causing unexelected health issues straining healthcare further.
The Civic Leagues around here are advertising on Nextdoor.com to alert them to any folks who may have issues getting food to their homes. I have volunteered to deliver. Also, the schools are doing a great job on making sure kids are fed. They are loading buses and setting up in multiple parking lots as well as schools. Everybody has to care for each other responsibly.
Won’t apologize for my comment. It’s not just about us as individuals anymore, and our desires. It’s about helping our communities as a whole, and the most vulnerable within them.

This is the first time in our lives that the entire world is at risk in some way... everything shutting down = people self-isolating, etc. This for us is all new. I'm even going to excuse the moron who told me they were no longer going to eat chinese food :)
