I just checked and since there were 2 separate incidents,maybe both of them should be declared unfit parents. For all the hate towards Kim Kardashian and the rest of the girls,the kids seem well cared for,and there is a lot of them.

HID lights shouldn't cause burns for a variety of reasons.
Being a parent with a low skillset due to not being taught these skills is a likely contributor tho.

This is becoming very common according to my policeman nephew. I know of someone who called police because of a neighboring house and the entire thing was renovated to grow pot. Over $60,000 of merchandise and equipment was seized.

You can get a burn from a regular light bulb. I got a second degree burn on my arm last year trying to reach over a bare bulb for something. Never again!! Also, that poor baby . . . that thing hurt like CRAZY and scarred.
