I am living in a closed-down NYC and I can ASSURE you, drug deliveries are UP if nothing else, those boys are not taking this down time as anything but a business opportunity.
When de Blasio started thinking SIP I called my green service and had a delivery within a couple hours. Delivery guy said they were super busy.
So no. If weed delivery is open, I assure you other drugs are too.
