Katy evidently didn't get the Memo that Orlando bolts once a kid is in the picture. She should talk with his ex-wife Miranda. He wants a woman who is on eternal vacations so he can pose nude on water rafts and fly to exotic destinations totally unencumbered. Changing nappies and crying babies dulls the kick. He will still be knocking chicks up in his 70's.
I thought it was pretty well confirmed that they had an open relationship, they were both having sex on the side. Either they chose to have the kid or they're going to need a paternity test.

I am confused. My partner works at popular grocery store chain that takes a whole paycheck to shop there. Katie, Orlando and her sister, who my partner checked out, were shopping there this past Friday. Katie and Orlando were checking out next to him, and he said they all looked happy. He also said her sister is really nice. Didn't appear they were split up.
Throwing a baby into the mix is always a good idea. Katy wants a happy nuclear family but that not orlando's idea of fun. She always picks the clueless ones.
