This current foreign leader had a long journey to get to the top including two stints in prison.  Both were related to sex crimes but for the second one the imprisoned publisher released information from a neighboring country that this was all a set-up by the at the time ruling party.  This time those around him (including US intelligence as well as his own wife) have minimized risk of scandal by making sure he has a young handsome man by his side at all times to satisfy him sexually when he needs it.
