This A+ list mostly movie actor wanted to do a deal to buy the studio where most of his work is distributed but all of his money guys have been sanctioned and can't get access to the funds they need to do the deal. It was all said and done which is why the owner of the studio can't find anyone else. The money guys have asked the government to allow them to do the deal.
