Today's Blind Items - Eyebrow Raising Choices

A celebrity lead for a new procedural comedy show set for a Fall 2026 release and filming in Quebec was recently the cause of a major workplace safety incident. This celebrity has a game that he invented with friends in his early 20s where they'd pass around a Bop It over a fire with another person squirting kerosene into the fire. One day after a shoot, our celebrity thought that it'd be a good idea to introduce cast and crew members to this game as a workplace community-building activity. However, this was very short-lived because, five minutes into playing the game, there was an accident that resulted in both our celebrity and the script coordinator getting their eyebrows singed off (but fortunately, no other injuries). The production team wasn't able to postpone filming until the celebrity's eyebrows grew back, which would've taken weeks, so production instead had the makeup department work painstakingly for an entire day to create fully realistic eyebrow extensions for the celebrity. Our celebrity has been wearing the eyebrow extensions both on and off set, hoping fans don't notice a difference. Unfortunately, the script coordinator did not fare so well. Since he's not on camera, production wouldn't pay for a set of eyebrow extensions for him. Instead, he was very generously loaned an eyebrow pencil from the female co-star of the show and has been stuck drawing his eyebrows on every morning. Production had to add a "no fire Bop It" clause to the cast and crew's contracts after this, hoping to avoid future similar incidents.
