BuzzFoto Blind Item
This famous celeb lost a wife to illness several years back and is still trying to pick up the pieces even though he’s been remarried. His current wife is struggling with pictures of his dead wife in the home and all of the other reminders that he is holding on to. She recently convinced housekeepers to box up all of her things and sent them to storage. When he found out, he was so hurt and upset he has served her with papers.

Pierce Brosnan
I don't know, but it's hell living with a ghost, she's better off without him.
Gene Wilder
Pierce Brosnan
Has Liam Neeson remarried?
liam neeson (sp?)
Liam Neeson's wife was a skiing accident, not illness.
I would go with Brosnan but his wife died in 1991 and he remarried in 2001. That's a lot years in between. Plus he's been remarried for 10 years - would someone put up with that for 10 years?
And Liam is also not remarried, just engaged. Pierce's first wife died in 91, that 20 years and not several years. Also remarried in 2001, a decade ago.
ha, mikey beat me to it!
Pierce was my first thought, as well.
msgirl, great minds think alike!
Paul Michael Glaser recently filed for divorce.
Definitely NOT Pierce. He was madly in love with his current wife when they got married. ALso, it's been 10 yrs that he's been married to her. Wouldn't make sense if it were her...plus there's nothing out about them splitting.
Paul McCartney and Nancy Shevell are set to marry, or have they already. I'd believe that one.
If this is PMG, then this is a really sad situation. He's been remarried since 1996 (15 years!!!) It's really too bad they couldn't reach some of compromise. Pictures of the mother of his children should be allowed in the home. I'm not saying shrines, etc...but there must be some middle ground. And to pull the plug on a marriage over all of this is nuts. Obviously, there is more wrong with the marriage than just a bunch of pictures around the house.
Oh, I hope it's not Paul. He seems like such a nice guy. But frankly, I think the current wife might have mentioned what she was planning on doing first, though I can't say as I blame her. Who wants to live with the ghost of a saint in the house?
Enty also says Famous Celeb...so it's not necessarily an actor.
Paul McCartney was my first thought.
first thought was Martin Short but he hasn't remarried
Paul Mc isn't married yet.
didn't know about Short's wife. Very sad
The only two that came to mind was Pierce and Paul McCartney.
@frills this isn't an enty blind it's buzz photo. I stNd by Paul Michael Glassr
Brosnan and PMG, each have a child or children with the current wives...so I really hope it's not them.
Actually, my first thought was Stanley Tucci (his wife died two years ago), but I don't think he has remarried.
I'd like to go with Gene Wilder but now I'm wondering about PMG.
The whole idea is just sooo sad, but if that was my husband we would have had a long talk about it before I would ever marry him.
I will say Arnold Palmer. Wife died of cancer in 99 and he remarried in 05.

There was some blinds that hinted that Stanley Tucci has actually switched teams since his wife died.
well, if stanley switched teams, he was probably already on that team anyway. i had friends like that---very devoted to each other, long marriage. she died and he came out with a vengeance. it was their 'arrangement.'
having said that, i definitely don't think it's brosnan, glaser's wife died a long time ago too, and neeson isn't married. we need to keep trying.
Brosnan adores Keely.
I second what Ice Angel said. If she's the mother of his kids, then pictures are definitely allowed. If they hadn't had children, I dunno if I'd put up with photos all over the house after 15 years.
I think it's PMG, but whoever it is, I'd be pretty upset too that instead of consulting with me and talking about it, she just removed them. That speaks of much bigger problems in the marriage, obviously.
PMG has been divorced quite a while. Not him.
Robert Blake
Just to sort of extrapolate on what Libby said, regarding the pictures.
I can understand wanting to have pictures around, to a point, but I think that if the man has remarried, it's kind of disrespectful to his current wife to have pictures of her predecessor lying around. Now if the pics are in the kids' rooms, that's a different story.
Brosnan was the first one that popped into my head, but only because I remember being so touched by the things he said when his wife died. I don't think its him, I vagely remember he and Keeley doing an interview years ago where they talked about going through all the memories of his wife together and respecting her legacy and stuff. I wish I could remember who that was with. Someone on NBC I think.
Rick Moranis popped into my head--lost his wife to cancer--but according to IMDB he hasn't remarried.
I'm with Ice Angel.
This is absolutely Paul Michael Glaser. I remember when his wife & both kids were diagnosed w/AIDS that the Mom contracted through a blood transfusion. Lost his wife & daughter. What a devastating time.
LOL travelin' sue ann!
Probably not Paul Michael Glaser. His first wife was a Hollywood saint, and his next wife helped break up the marriage of a friend of mine, a former D-list actress, about five years ago.
Could be PMG; his second wife -- if this is the one we're-talking about -- is a screamer and abusive boss -- she was an agent, I think? Anyone? I suspect he's been looking for an excuse to dump her for years and this disrespect to Elizabeth's memory would have been the final straw.
What about Stanley and Joan Tucci...? Has he remarried?
I think it's gene and gilda
Gene was going to divorce Gilda, and she got cancer. That's the story, I've always heard, so not him.
I think we need to keep going.
If it's life imitating art imitating life, then my guess is Neil Simon. I think "celebrity" would be the way to call him out and keep it blind, because "playwrite" would kinda give it away.
The play/movie "Chapter Two" was based on him dealing with his wife's death, and the play "They're Playing Our Song" was also written as he struggled to work it all out. He has remarried a couple of times since then, a couple of them twice. He doesn't have a problem divorcing, that's for sure, and I think he's never really gotten over his wife's death.
Gene and Gilda. Full stop.
There's been gossip since Wilder and Radner got together that she had to beg him to marry her and that he wasn't that thrilled with the marriage. But he was a stand-up guy when she became ill.
Like I said, can't be Paul Glaser, he's not currently married.
In fact, his ex just slapped him with a back child support/alimony suit.
That must be why he's doing those weird commercials. *Tracy Barone* is suing someone? Well, she's used to courtrooms, that won't be much of a stretch. A former employee (among others) went after her for sexual harassment after she married Glaser. He's well rid of her. She's supposed to be as big a screamer and employee abuser as the late unlamented Dawn Steel.
