Prosecutors Re-Open Amanda Bynes Hit And Run
A few months ago, prosecutors decided they did not have enough evidence to proceed against Amanda Bynes in a hit and run that occurred in April. However, according to TMZ, because of Amanda's most recent hit and run charge and the DUI she was previously charged with and just being an all around bad driver, which since she is retired really should go take some drivers classes to become a better driver and to lay off the booze while driving, Amanda might be charged with both hit and run accidents which could have Amanda facing six months in jail for each. of course in the Los Angeles County justice system, six months means six minutes, so what really is the incentive to not commit crimes?

We all know what will happen to her...nothing. LiHo has proven that the bar for punishment is nonexistent.
Lost little girls are really helpless when they get tons of money. Anyone with an addictive personality should hid Their money from themselves, she will regret her stupidity in 5 years when she doesn't have a pot to Piss in.
Since she won't get any jail time, they should at least suspend her license.
I live in L.A., and have to drive here. Please, take hers and Lohan's away.

I agree, they should have already revoked her license. I don't see how they haven't, that girl is having an accident a week. Nuts!
I honestly don't understand how these two skanks -- Amanda and Lindsay -- can keep driving. Aren't their insurance premiums through the roof by now? And why do they still have their licenses? Anyone else with their driving records would have lost their licenses long ago.
Also, why doesn't LA county contract with other counties to house their overflow inmates? Is it just because they are broke, and they'd rather let criminals go free then cut something from the budget?
Texshan, I am sure there are people rotting in jail over a bag of weed, yet these 2 run rampant. I emailed the Sherriff months ago about Lohan. They need to LET NON VIOLENT OFFENDERS OUT, and make these pieces of shit serve their time.

Well, those convictions could make it more difficult for her to get her CDL, or to deliver pizza in a company-owned car.
