@VIP - I was thinking Tara Reid, but I didn't realize she had a boyfriend; I assumed that would hamper her "career."

@ Cathy - Tara was recently on Fashion Police and revealed that she has a boyfriend, but didn't mention a name.
For one with such public drug and alcohol issues, Tara Reid should look a lot worse. The sad part is, if she cleaned up she could actually have a career of sorts, since she is still very pretty.
This poor girl needs help. Brittany Murphy was hooked on pills too. Now she is gone :/
