Helena Bonham Carter And Tim Burton Split
The thing is Helena is not quite ready to call it quits. She has a BBC film coming out which is Liz & Dick but with good actors and not Lindsay Lohan. Helena doesn't want to answer Tim questions while doing press but has ended up saying everything is fine and that the only change in their relationship is they won't work together any longer. I think that is a pretty telling thing since they have worked together almost constantly during their relationship.
A source close to Tim says he is willing to wait but isn't going to stop seeing his new woman but will be more discreet until a separation announcement is made.

She always looked like she was playing a part, and the marriage was "for" other people, it seemed to me. Judging, in my super-judgy way, from afar. All judgy 'n shit. Oh, what am I saying -- At least it was interesting.
I didn't like how she became an extension of him. I think she's got plenty of personality all on her own. I hope she does really well without him.

Helena Bonham Carter got her just desserts! I love her as an actress, but as a person, she's pretty awful. She broke up Tim's long-time relationship with his original muse, Lisa Marie, who was in ALL of his movies...and just took him away. She ALSO broke up the marriage of her friend, Emma Thompson to Kenneth Branagh by sleeping with him too. Sooooo, Karma has reached her in this lifetime. Guess it didn't want to wait until the next one.

This is as sad of a breakup as when Demi and Bruce broke up, and almost as sad as when Rhea and Danny Devito broke up.

In other news, Tim Burton's dick is now the hottest commodity in Tinsel Town, do to the vast amount of work being on it leads too.

Well this sucks. :( I thought these two CRAZY kids could make it.
My marriage is going to end if I DON'T get a separate abode. I really really really love my husband but he and I have completely different sleep schedules, food preferences, and cleaning styles. He is my hero, and my knight in shining armor, but I lie awake trying to figure out how to smother him and get away with it bc we are stuck sleeping in a bed that is too small. He says we can't afford separate abodes. I say, if that doesn't seem affordable, let's try DIVORCE! The snoring alone is grounds for temporary insanity due to sleep dep. Bless him, he is sleeping on the couch lately and I am feeling way less stabby as a result of getting adequate sleep for the past several weeks... there is much more to this story, but my need for quiet and solitude is massive, essential to my personal wellbeing, and something I told him was going to be a REQUIREMENT on our first date. It is not my fault he doesn't GET IT. and with my serious disability, it feels even more necessary to have my own space, to complete the healing process I began two years ago. I do not ever want to divorce him, but ic I have to to escape a situation that is literally KEEPING me ill, I will do it. If only to be well enough to care for him, as his Multiple Sclerosis is progressing rapidly since we got across to the 'Promised Land' (NOT!!) Canada.
@marlolovespaty: Spot on! Not many people realize/remember that Helena isn't an angel when it comes to other people's relationships and boundaries. Lisa Marie was seriously hurt by Tim and his affair with Helena. To see Helena sing Sally's Song for the Royal Albert Hall performance was shocking since Sally was inspired by Tim's "Muse" Lisa Marie. One could claim that it was almost prophetic.

I love HBC but Rowan and marlowlovespaty are right. She's been a home wrecker so it isn't surprising she is now getting her home "wrecked". And since she will be single, I wouldn't be surprised if she ended up with another attached co-star/director.
Lisa Marie is laughing hysterically somewhere and please tell me HBC is not playing Liz Taylor.

I love the movies they make together. I didn't realize HBC was a serial home wrecker. I also love Emma Thompson, I didn't remember that HBC was in on that breakup.
@SophiaB - Lots of couples have separate bedrooms, for just the reason(s) you have stated. I think it's probably what keeps a lot of marriages together!

@Del Riser, yes, HBC was the reason for the break-up of her former friends E. Thompson and K. Branagh. Both have spoken of it. Emma was especially hurt because they were friends and co-stars of a few movies.
Couldn't have happened to a nastier person. I hope Emma Thompson and Lisa Marie laugh and laugh and laugh.
I totally forgot about the HBC and Ken affair. That was quite scandalous back in the day.

SophiaB, I think a lot of relationships would benefit from separate homes. I like my space too, but my husband works away a lot, so that works for us. The snoring on the other hand, yes, the pillow does look inviting some nights.

Not only do they live in separate houses (next door to each other) but according to the Daily Mail, their children live in yet another house on the same street. With their nanny. Perhaps now one of the parents might have time to, you know, parent???? HBC always struck me as a weirdo. And he always looks messy and dirty.
