Eva Mendes And Ryan Gosling Now Have A Daughter

According to US Weekly, Eva Mendes gave birth to a daughter on Friday. Ryan Gosling was there. He then left and began building a house by hand for the family to live in. Apparently this also means you can be a high profile actress who is pregnant and choose to not only show off your pregnancy every day, but also give birth without anyone knowing until after the fact.

crila16 said...: I had heard (and I believe it to be true, whether it is or isn't)that she went into hiding when she got preggers, because Ryan made her. He felt she was flaunting it. He thought she was doing it to claim and keep him and he wanted it to be low key, because he really wanted to end things with her.; 9:59 AM

It's probably more about the circumstances of the pregnancy. They weren't exactly a happy couple at the time and it sounded like he didn't want kids so I imagine she kept a low profile to stay off Ryan's shit list. That's some pretty powerful motivation I'd say. Not to mention supposedly nobody's sure who the daddy is.; 12:46 PM

Unknown said...: @jack ducky thanks for the link. That's the first photo I've seen of the twins at this age, and the first I've seen where they don't look like they have some sort of physical oddity. They had massive skulls and foreheads when they were babies - people speculated that they might have Down syndrome though I didn't think that's what it was. The little girl, especially, looks completely normal now. And she's gorgeous.

Shiloh is going to be beautiful but it's fairly clear she's a tomboy, at least, and may even self-identify as a boy. Good on Angelina and Brad for letting her dress the way she wants.; 1:09 PM
