This former A list mostly television actress from a very very hit ensemble show back in the day has played that character again and some that did not work out so well. Another thing that did not work out well was her attempt to get up from a chair by the pool at a hotel last weekend. Wasted on pills and booze she had to be helped back to her room by her boyfriend and staff and she fell down a few times on the pool deck and suffered some nasty gashes/scrapes.

HL was my first thought too.
Wasn't Heather on Spin City though? That's 2 hit ensembles...plus , I don't think she has a BF?(Wagner dumped her I think)

Spin City was never an ensemble, though; it was focused on MJF/Charlie, with Heather basically in support, the same as Carla Gugino and Paula Marshall before her. By this logic, we could disqualify Jenny Garth, since "What I Like About You" (with Jenny and Amanda Bynes) ran for four seasons.
One could refer to "Dynasty" as a second hit for Heather, though; although her employment there was spotty.
