Miranda got her start on the reality show Nashville Star, an American Idol rip-off.
I think this is Miranda, although wouldn't be surprised if Carrie's husband cheated,she used to drink a lot before the babies.

I would think if it were Carrie, it would say spouse or husband. Significant other, to me, would be indicative of Miranda. But I'm sure I'm wrong. Plus, and I'm just guessing here, Carrie doesn't seem to be the type who doesn't give a crap. Miranda has already done the cheating drinking song and dance so it's probably old hat for her now....I'm going with her.
