This reality judge likes to unwind in between contestants with a little bump of coke provided by her significant other. She is not very subtle about it either. It looks really strange when she keeps calling him over.

I agree with Sarah. Scary spice didn't get that nickname for nothing. I think her ex is a vile bastard, but I don't buy her 'poor innocent me' act, at all. She's no wallflower, and pretending to be some sort of victorian damsel in distress, while having been married for 10 years to this guy.....ok.
The truth is probably somewhere in the middle, and theres no doubt he is a violent psycho, but she's got issues and certain sexual likes too, and no way did she let him beat her, blackmail, and abuse her for 10 years, while she was rocking back and forth in a corner, crying.
Reports are that Simon and others did try to intervene after the beating that was visible on the air. She would not go along with it. She liked to keep a tougher image for herself.
Mel was warned about her now ex and how he had a record of domestic violence. Can't sympathize with anyone that ignores all the warning signs like she did.
She is bat shit crazy as her ex is as is Eddie Murphy....catch my drift here.
She has at least 3 kids by 3 different men, I mean honestly, that sums it all up.

I believe that he probably beat her a few times, but I don't believe the "forced me into threesomes" part.....I think she probably was on board for that, she's known to be pretty kinky.
Wow what is wrong with everyone here. You all do not know at all how difficult it is for women to leave especially when children are involved. There have been countless stories and rumors of the beatings she suffered. No woman should ever have to go through that. I think the reason she stayed for so long is because he threatened to expose her drug and alcohol abuse to child protective services. She abused drugs and alcohol to numb herself from the physical and mental abuse.
