This A-/B+ list mostly movie actress who got her break on a long running network show has a very big heart. That being said, she has not stopped dating the guy she has been seeing for awhile so I wonder how this whole marriage thing she is in is going to work itself out.

We assume Ben isn't seeing anyone?
Ben was spotted walking in NYC last Sunday. I think his new flame lives there and wont be long until they start going public. Maybe when Garner finally let this chicken go and files, because he wont.
According to accounts I've read elsewhere (and trust more), she laid down the law re: conditions for giving the marriage another try, and so far so good. This could be a fan fiction blind.
I thought there were pregnancy rumors about her.

Everything is rumor and/or fanfic with them including blind items. All that is "known" is that he still lives at home and they have not filed for divorce yet.
Is there a specific reason you think that he is seeing someone in NYC? He could have been there for many reasons. Just curious.
