Probably Kate Goslin, the kids are still underage she has access to it. The Hadids make money and the pimp parents get a percentage.

There's all sorts of financial reporting out there on how to safely take back the money from a child's tuition trust, and how to use a child's trust to pay a parent's expenses. I mean, once raided, there's usually nothing to get back from litigating.

Then it should be a criminal case rather than a civil one and involve serving time. There may not be financial restitution, but a prison sentence will be some deterrence, or at least some justice.
