Kaia Gerber? I bet they had to cover her up because she is emaciated and she needs a lot of makeup because of her dark circles under her eyes. Just a wild guess!
I always assumed that the Gigi/Zayn relationship was a showmance, but she seems to have picked up his drug habit.
Someone in India is claiming that Zayn will be touring that country, plus Nepal, starting in August. I'll believe it when I see it.
I don't think it's Gigi based on her photos in that awful wedding dress. That wasn't a photo shoot, but a book thing. And it had a pretty long slit cut into the side for her to be covered head to toe.
Gigi had a couple of different outfits that covered her shoulders and arms,plus she has been missing from every event all the other celebrity models were at. Her sister was at all of them.

Gigi was completely covered at a Victoria Secret event this week. It was actually for Russell James' photo book. She looked so out of place in the pictures.
