This permanent A+ list rapper and this permanent A+ list singer have largely remained silent about this former A+ list rapper. That does not hold true for a sibling of the singer who thinks the former A+ list rapper is trying to sabotage his career to get out of paying debts to the previously mentioned couple. The sibling has been talking smack to anyone anytime about what she thinks.

Screw all that, I want to know when Kanye is running for public office!
She should be in jail for assault.
I don't feel safe on the streets, knowing people like Solange are allowed to attack others with impunity.
Kanye is expected to sell 700k+ in the first week, What a a career suicide.

I listened to his new album and it was trash. No growth whatsoever. He used some of the same sounds as he did on his previous albums like MBDTF, Graduation, etc. All he does is sample/mix beats, write mediocre rap lyrics over them and people call him a genius. It's mind boggling.
He's got charisma, maybe crazy charisma, but charisma nonetheless. He can move the masses. People have built more with less.
It doesn't matter how many fake numbers Kim buys because at the end of the day he's still broke and she is still paying the bills.
Enty keeps referring to Kanye as "Former A+" but his new album is #1. Wouldn't that make Kanye simply "A+"?
I don't have the new album yet and might not get it, but to say Kanye "writes mediocre rap lyrics" would not be a true statement IMHO.
@DDonna His older stuff was of much better quality than his past couple of albums (Ye included). He went downhill after MBDTF. He has become mediocre as far as I'm concerned. The album sucked.
@Ddonna Kanye is more of a producer than anything else. He has never been known as a lyricist because he doesn't write them.
+1 Brayson. You can't underestimate a guy who keeps getting back up and fighting. Admire Kanye's resilience.

His lyrics have always been mediocre. He’s not even in the top 50 of lyricists of all time in rap but considers himself a genius. How Sway?
Kanye is mentally ill but so were the best writers/poets/musicians etc now I am not saying he is a genius but early on he showed massive talent. At least with Kanye it's never boring, robotic or predictable.

People love to hate him. He gets it, he has mental health issues, hell sometimes he hates himself too. I get it. He needs to censor himself more but there is no denial on his talent. Production skills have always been A+
Solange is absolutely right and anyone who pays attention knows Kanye has been playing this game for years. Probably not just his debts to Jay-Z, but others as well.
Also, anyone who acts like his beats are the best/only good beats in rap need to get their heads out of their/Kanye's asses and tune in to 2018. El-P and Mike Will Made It run circles around modern Kanye beats.
