I'm in KY, my niece, who admittedly laid down with a dirtbag, and made 3 babies with him was flat out told by the child support office that she "wasn't a priority" because she works, isn't on assistance, & isn't costing the state money! He meanwhile drives 2 new vehicles , while she struggles to keep them fed and housed. I fucking hate deadbeats.
