Actually a man at his age shouldn't want kids, think about the kid growing up w/o a parent instead of thinking about yourself. So good for him that he tied it.

You cant reverse vasectomy if more than 10 years have passed....I am pretty sure he had it more than 10 years ago. His elderly willy is probably just spewing fossil powder by now.
