I should have stuck with Mad Men I'll say Embeth Davidtz for this.
Lots of money is social services. Fix up a building and sell it to a government agency that doesn't know how to bargain.
Great idea and much success, whoever you are!
I am thinking it has to be someone from Mad Men as well....I just cannot figure out who was mainly movies and was A-.. Bates Motel wouldn't be considered a "hit" would it? I use to watch but do not know if it considered a "hit"
If so, my guess would be Olivia Cooke for answer below and Nicola Peltz for this answer (since her family is worth a billion and she is not working). Could be wrong though.
How big a building are they talking about?
Do need extra security for shelters though. Sooner or later someone's psycho ex comes knocking.
Tax shelter.
Halle Berry
January Jones
Bates Motel was a hit when it was on, I'm pretty sure.
Thank you whoever it is.
