What? Sorry I was playing with a fidget spinner I found in a drawer over the weekend. I'm sure they'll both be great and we'll still remember their names in 5 years.

The only reason Normani's song dropped (10 positions) is because all of the songs from Post Malone's new album debuted on the Hot 100, as is becoming quite common. Had his album not been released this week, her song would have risen 3 spots. The true flops this week were the two singles Camila released, which entered the charts at 56 and 60.
Sorry but Post Malone's new album is an absolute killer. Nobody stood a chance. Bad timing for Normani. Doubt she will be relevant this time next year anyways.
